My name is Jeffrey A. Lowe. I am a professional artist, illustrator, writer, and educator living in northern Utah, USA.

I have taught in secondary public education for 27 years. During those years I have taught most forms of art including, Painting, Drawing, Sculpture, Ceramics, Art History and Commercial Art. I am also certified to teach German as a foreign language and have taught that subject for two years. I also teach Concurrent Enrollment Art classes for the local University.

My family is Paramount to my happiness. My personal time is spent with my beautiful wife, children and grandchildren.

I am also an avid researcher and historian. I love genealogy and the study of past times and civilizations. Anytime the urge takes me, I am doing art work, recreating historical armor, weapons, outfits and gear for historical recreation, writing and illustrating my novels, and anything else that will enhance my life. I feel that life is a gift and I try to make the most of each day.

I am involved in my community arts programs, church and civic responsibilities and reenactment groups such as Medieval Combat and Recreation, Mountain Men, Colonial Heritage, Pioneer and Western American Heritage, and anything else that makes me appreciate the great country and world we live in.

I currently teach Applied and Visual Arts at a local High School where I have been preparing students to enter the world armed with creativity and art skills.
